Why Choose Chiropractic Wellness

If you continue to eat, drink, and live the same lifestyle as most people (including your medical doctor) then you will end up with the same problems (as will your children).

This is why I am proud to promote and live the Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle!

Thanks to Brad Glowaki of Seal Beach, California for producing this video for UK Chiropractors.

Nutrition for Cold Sores

Nutrition for Cold SoresA few people have asked me about this recently, so I’ve decided to post it!

Cold sores – take up to 30g of lysine they day they appear, then 1-10g a day for a week. Also take at least 3g of vitamin C per day for that time. Get some Forever Living aloe lip balm, or some Tea-Tree lip balm too.

If that doesn’t help then consider really boosting your immune system by raising glutathione – How to Boost Your Immune System

Acupuncture Good for Back Pain

health benefits of acupunctureI don’t think this will surprise many people as acupuncture has been recommended as a primary treatment for back pain by NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) since 2011.

Facing Back Pain Surgery? Read This First

chiropractic v surgery

If you are suffering with debilitating back pain it can be all too tempting to take the ‘easy’ option of surgery. The problem is, that even if it works now, it can leave you facing other complications further down the line.

Legitimised Drug Dealers

It is scary how many similarities there are between this industry and the mob. The mob makes obscene amounts of money, as does this industry. The side effects of organized crime are killings and deaths, and the side effects are the same in this industry. The mob bribes politicians and others, and so does the drug industry Continue reading

Lowering Fevers May Cost Lives

lowering fevers may cost livesI’ve said it before – lowering a fever with drugs like ibuprofen and paracetamol may often be the wrong thing to do.

For one, it slows the immune system.

The drugs themselves interfere with the healing process.

But now there is evidence that shows the practice of lowering fevers in colds and flu may be causing up to 1000 deaths a year. (Proceedings of the Royal Society B, 2014; 281: 1778 20132570)

Medicine is Crashing

medicine is crashing

If you have been reading my emails and blog for any length of time you will know that medicine is not all that it is hyped up to be.

Medicine, it would seem, is crashing all around us.

This is not to say that medicine is truly excellent and at the moment irreplaceable for severe trauma like broken bones, reviving people from heart attacks, acute infections and genetic diseases.

But these problems only amount to about 1% of what medicine is treating.
