- Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of seven.
- Breathe out slowly through your nose or mouth for the same count of seven.
- Repeat the process, gradually increasing the length as it feels natural.
This technique works by relaxing muscle tension, which can ease pain and stiffness. It also improves circulation, helping to support overall well-being, and enhances alertness, making you feel calmer and more focused.
