Correct Sitting Posture is a myth

When getting up from a chair keep you back arched to prevent low back pain

10,000 years ago there where no chairs

Even if you are 80 years old, you should still be able to squat – if you lived in Asia!

Squatting is vital for your low back, pelvis, hips, knees and ankles

Squatting also relaxes the neck

You should be able to squat comfortably for a few minutes at least
