Beta blockers are a class of drug used primarily to treat high blood pressure, but they do have other uses.

Like any drug, the best dose is the smallest, and in reality they should be treated like ‘crutches’ while the real cause of your problem is investigated and then treated.

It is only when the true cause of your blood pressure is treated that you significantly reduce your long term health risks.
