Draw Your Future, or Dig Your Grave With Your Teeth!

What on Earth am I on about now?

One of my good friends, Pete Cohen,  is a world class life coach and he organised a conference on the 23rd of September.

One of the speakers was my friend and mentor Dr Bob Rakowski.

‘Dr Bob’ covered a range of health strategies that you should be familiar with – The Magnificent 7. If’ you missed my previous training on these then here’s a catch up:

Of everything Bob said, the one phrase that stuck in my mind was that there are more people dying in the West from inadequate and poor nutrition choices than anything else – or as he put it, ‘digging your grave with your teeth’.

Another speaker who made a greater impact on me than I thought she would, was 3 time TEDx speaker Patti Drobrowolski.

There is no way I can do her justice in a few words, all I can say is she connects your brain to focusing on what you really want, and helps you clear the mental clutter, and draw out your creative genius, in a very simple way.

There is a saying that pictures are worth a thousand words, but in reality, it turns out they are worth 2 million!

Make what you will of the post conference picture I poorly took with Pete, Patti, myself and some of the other Mi365 crew:

While here is Patti’s picture summary of the whole day:
