Body In Balance UK Ltd only contacts individuals who request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our emails, free video trainings, free books (or other information) or have purchased one of our products.



How long do we keep your information for?


Your enquiry is kept on our system for one month unless you give us your consent to send you marketing information on an ongoing basis, in which case we will keep it for as long as you continue to consent.


If you signed up to the newsletter we store your information until you unsubscribe.
