Swedish Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage is a combination of long, smooth strokes, kneading and circular movement on the superficial layers of muscle using oil or massage lotion. It can improve circulation, increase oxygen in the blood and release muscle toxins.
Swedish massage is one of the most popular treatments as it’s possibly the best-known type of massage in the West. If it’s your first time receiving a massage or you don’t get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start.
Perfect to relax yourself and relieve stress. It also helps to reduce inflammation and swelling in the body.
For athletes, it is the perfect treatment to decrease muscle stiffness and reduce fatigue after intensive exercises. It is also proven to enhance athletic performances.
Massage therapy helps increase the range of motion around a joint or within a muscle.
The benefits of Swedish Massage are many but most people choose it to relax and increase their well-being.
If you’ve never had a massage before, this is a good one to try first.
